On June 4, the 19th IGO World Grain & Oil Expo was grandly held at the Guangzhou Import and Export Fair Complex. As a key global exchange platform for the grain and oil industry, this expo brought together numerous well-known domestic and international companies, showcasing the latest achievements in technology, equipment, and trade within the sector. The Chairman of Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group was invited to attend the expo and won the “Gold Award for High-Quality Complete Set of Palm Fruit Oil Processing Equipment” for the company’s self-developed palm oil mill.
Huatai has accumulated extensive experience in the R&D and manufacturing of grain and oil machinery. The award-winning palm oil mill integrates multiple patented technologies from Huatai’s team in palm oil pressing, refining, and fractionation processes, and is capable of adapting precisely to diverse production needs across major growing regions such as Southeast Asia and Africa. According to on-site staff, the equipment demonstrates excellent oil extraction rates in actual operations, with consumption indicators for water, electricity, and steam reaching advanced industry levels. In terms of technological innovation, Huatai’s self-developed “Twin-Screw Palm Oil Press Machine” is equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system. This not only raises the oil extraction rate to an industry-leading level but also enables real-time production parameter monitoring and remote maintenance through IoT modules, significantly reducing unit energy consumption compared to traditional equipment.
Currently, Huatai’s products have been sold to over 70 countries and regions worldwide, with multiple palm oil refining projects successfully delivered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, and other African countries, demonstrating Huatai’s global service capabilities in palm oil processing equipment.
During the exhibition, the Huatai booth attracted clients from major palm oil-producing countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Brazil, who came to inquire and exchange ideas. The Huatai International Business Division team warmly welcomed visiting clients, providing professional technical consultations and personalized solution presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs. Several long-standing clients expressed high praise for the operational stability of Huatai’s equipment, while new clients also expressed interest in collaboration on-site.
